Trying to do this the healthy way this time. I still have bad days and days where I catch myself wanting to revert to old ways, but I won't let myself. This time I'll do it and do it right.
I've had my ups and downs, but I refuse to stop this time because there's nothing worse than starting over. This time I am going for the long haul and will not stop until I feel confident and proud of myself. I am finished losing and gaining, and this time I will lose and maintain. Join me on my journey!!
